We’re an E-hailing and taxi dispatch technology solutions which provides reliable, timely transportation along with technology-aided dispatch.

We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Operations Coordinator Specialist

Support all Aqwaaba Ride ride-hailing operations in Accra and other areas in Ghana.

Requirements:

• Degree/HND with 3 years of experience in sales, sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high/growth company.
• Also, Must have excellent communication skills, passion for new and innovative technologies and possess data-driven analytical skills.

2. Strategy Operations Specialist

• Firstly, Build insights on market intelligence for our business growth.
• Secondly, Conceptualise methodologies on market data gathering and analysis for implementation.
• Lastly, Develop, implement, scale and improve financial and operational frameworks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Actuarial science/Bsc Mathematics or Statistics.
• Then, 2-3years of experience in research and consumer/market insights.
• Afterwards, Advanced Excel skills required.

3. Operations Coordinator Specialist

Requirements:
