BezoMoney is seeking to employ a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Customer experience on our platform. He or she will be involved in Customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

 Responsibilities

  • Firstly, Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers.
  • Secondly, Receive, resolve, and respond to customer enquiries
  • Thirdly, Ensure customer engagement & conversion
  • Moreover, Elevate technical and product matters to the relevant teams
  • In addition, Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Rating
  • Furthermore, Preempt, Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Then, Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Also, Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Last but not least, Understand the customer’s unique individual needs and address them.
  • Finally, Administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A post graduate training in Customer Service Management is a plus.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service Management.
