Robert Bosch Ghana Limited is a growing company of the Bosch group located in Accra, Ghana. We operate in the business divisions of  Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Thermo Technology, Drive and Control.

ROLE: Graduate Specialist Program – Customer Supply Chain (Automotive Aftermarket)

Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) – 2 years Fixed-Term contract

• To begin with, Follow up with customer planned orders
• Then, Assist front office customer service colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Also, Identify operational challenges and suggest ideas to improve them
• Afterwards, Ensure that generally accepted customer service principles are followed.
• Finally, Assist internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration,Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
• Completed National Service

Requirements

• Firstly, Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Secondly, Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite
• Thirdly, Good interpersonal skills
• Then, Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast changing environments
• Finally, Attention to detail
