HOW TO BALANCE WORK AND FULL TIME STUDY
Studying has become a necessity in our generation. It is very paramount. Every parent wants their child to have an education. They want them to study something productive to improve their lives. When an individual takes the initiative to study something on his or her own, that’s maturity.
The cost of living and the increase in responsibilities suggest that one has to get busy with something legal in order to earn some wages. With this income expenses can be made and if juveniles are involved, they will be taken cared of effectively.
WORK AND FULL TIME STUDY IN GHANA
Most people in Ghana tend to engage themselves in a trade or offer their services at a legitimate work place right after graduating Senior High Education. Some do so because, perhaps, there may not be enough funds at home. People do get what it takes to sponsor the continuation of their education and yet the desire to work to generate income stirs in them. Others also do work to sharpen and improve on a new found or existing skill that can be traded to generate wages and so enrich themselves. Mostly should this happen while they are part time students, it would have been feasible. But for one to be in full time study and still work will be tasking.
HOW TO BALANCE
Both sides, that is studying and working, demands productivity. In that case if at the same time in day, to study and to attend to work calls upon the individual, then there will be great difficulty.
It is good to involve oneself in a work whiles studying but there must be a balance. First it will be good to carefully consider the academic calendar and time table in order to know the periodic demands of studies. There are some who are working full time and for some reasons, may want to further their education and improve upon their career. Such can also consider the academic calendar and structure of study of the preferred institution in order to know when to enroll. Some can take weekend classes since most institutions nowadays have designed their study pattern to suit full time workers. The are those that can take study leave which makes them eligible for monthly salaries whiles studying.
