Puma Energy is a global oil company with over 2,000 service stations with 90 retail sites in Ghana. As part of our newly introduced franchise model, Puma Energy is looking for suitable companies or individuals to take up this exciting opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Firstly, Working Capital of GHS 600,000
2. Secondly, Minimum formal education level of HND/First degree
3. Then, Registered Company or enterprise in the Republic of Ghana or individual Ghanaian citizen
4. Also, Focused and ability to manage an existing business operations in a disciplined way
5. Moreover, Hands-on approach in the day-to-day management of the site
6. Additionally, Well-organised, safety and high customer satisfaction orientation
7. Afterwards, Ability to motivate and manage forecourt staff
8. Last but not least, Systematically drives an agenda based on clear processes and metrics
9. Finally, Previous experience in fuels and or lubricants retail will be added advantage
