Sales & Marketing Administrator
- Job Card – GAGJ622
- Location: Tema, Freezones Enclave
- Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
- Deadline: 27th June, 2022
Responsible for back end activities of collection of sales order to execution of supply to the customers
Responsibilities
- Firstly, Collect sales and market related information from Area Sales Manager and Area Sales Executive(s).
- Secondly, Assist Area Sales Manager and Area Sales Executives with neat, correct and proper paper documentation.
- Thirdly, Coordinate and share information with inter and intra departmental functions as in Organogram.
- Moreover, Liaise with the Accounts for the payment confirmation for processing and execution of sales orders.
- Furthermore, Prepare, keep and maintain track records for each and every single sales related transaction from reception of order to supply to the end customer.
- Additionally, Responsible for file maintenance per customer per transaction both in hard and soft copies.
- Last but not least, Assist HOD Sales with the necessary data mining, designing of templates, preparing presemarket-relatedntations etc.
- Finally, Daily reporting to HOD sales on the delivery & dispatch details.
Competence
Managerial Competence
- Ability to plan, organize, control & monitor.
- Then, Critical thinking skills.
Technical Competence
- Knowledge in Tally.
- And also, Adequate sales and marketing skills.
Personal Competence
- Team player.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Strong adaptability and ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Good communicator.
- Lastly, Analytical and self-motivated.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Then, A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or any related field.
- Also, Proficiency in Microsoft Word preferably excel.
- In addition, Fluency in English (Written & Oral) and ability to speak French will be an advantage.
- Besides the above, Adequate skills in Tally will be an advantage.
