A Reputable Construction Company has a vacancy for the position of ARCHITECTS
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Secondly, Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Thirdly, Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Moreover, Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Additionally, Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Furthermore, Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Afterwards, Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Last but not least, Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Finally, Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
Requirements
Qualification B.Sc. in Architecture with 2 years’ experience in a similar role
