Job Vacancy for Office Manager at a Pension Management Firm

A reputable Pension Management Firm requires for immediate employment this position: Office Manager

Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall, under the direction of the National Office, perform functions key amongst which are:

  • To begin with, Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Organisation’s regional office
  • Then, Manage enquiries, receive and resolve client concerns and complaints
  • Also, Maintain appropriate records
  • Moreover, Undertake periodic member education and enrolment activities
  • Additionally, Provide support to clients in the processing of claims and other benefits
  • Last but not least, Prepare routine and mandatory reports and ensure their timely submission to head office
  • Finally, Perform other ancillary duties and those that may be assigned

Requirements for the Post

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies/Marketing with excellent ICT and Communication skills
  • Evidence of completion of National Service (National Service Certificate preferable)
  • Then, Minimum of five (5) years post National Service experience preferably in pension fund management or insurance
  • Lastly, Must not be above forty (40) years of age

Remuneration: Negotiable

Job Location: Kumasi
